1.AC voltage withstand method
If the vacuum circuit breaker is at atmospheric pressure, as long as 17 ~ 19kV AC voltage is applied to it, the medium in the vacuum circuit breaker will break. Therefore, in order to determine whether a high vacuum is maintained inside the interrupter, the vacuum interrupter can be checked by an AC 42kV voltage withstand test.At this test voltage, the vacuum interrupter will be broken down with little delay if there is not a sufficiently high vacuum inside,therefore, as long as the test pressure can last for 60 seconds, the vacuum interrupter is very good.
2. vacuum degree test method
The vacuum tester is controlled by microcomputer and completes the whole test process automatically.
