XZB-W No Partial Discharge Series Resonant Test System
This product is widely used by electric factory, electric power department, R&D institutions and advanced colleges. XZB-W is mainly used in test various insulation material, insulation structure and insulation level of withstand power frequency voltage, also used as the power supply for no-partial discharge frequency test of transformer, instrument transformer and arrester and so on.
Introduction

XZB-W No partial discharge Series Resonant Test System is composed of no partial discharge variable-frequency power source, no partial discharge Excitation transformer, no partial discharge electric reactor and no partial discharge Coupling capacitor voltage divider. The capacitor and electric reactor of test object constitute the connection of series resonance, voltage divider is connected with tested object in parallel, as the series resonance voltage on test object and Overvoltage protection signal. The frequency modulated power output is coupled to the series resonant circuit by the excitation transformer, providing series resonant excitation power. Frequency conversion series resonance test device adopts series resonance theory, using excitation transformer to excites series resonance circuit, adjust output frequency of frequency conversion controller, and Make the circuit inductance L and sample C series resonance, the resonant voltage is the voltage added to tested equipment.

Features

1. HUAYI No partial discharge Series Resonant Test System adopts power amplifiers imported from Japan, adopts ABB control technology, can monitor the power factor, quality factor and test data such as current, voltage and frequency in real time, has perfect protection function and stable performance such as over voltage, over zero voltage, under voltage, flash fall, etc.

 2. No partial discharge reactor coil adopts single or multi strands winding enameled wires with withstand high temperature (200℃), with hollow core cake structure, and equipped with multi oil channels, the end of each coil is adopted pressure equalizing method to make sure no partial discharge and lower temperature. Special air bag is installed internally to ensure the space for thermal expansion and cold shrinkage of oil, meet the rated working requirements.

 3. No partial discharge exciting transformer adopts winding cooper conductor and oil immersed cooling iron structure, electrostatic shielding layer is set between high and low voltage windings and iron core, which is excitation change and isolation change, so that it has enough electrical and mechanical strength to ensure no partial discharge and corona discharge during rated operation.
